Front Desk concierge-Client services The Reset Room — Ramsey, NJ Women's Wellness Studio | Luxury Experience | Healing Space The Reset Room is seeking a Front Desk Manager to become the heart of our studio — the first and last impression of our client experience. We are a boutique, women-only wellness space specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, rooted in intention, beauty, and elevated care. Every detail matters here — from the energy you bring, to the way you welcome each guest. This is more than a front desk role. This is about holding space, creating calm, and delivering a luxury experience from the moment a client walks in. Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome and check in clients with grace and professionalism Manage booking systems (Mindbody), scheduling, and daily flow of appointments Answer calls, texts, and emails in a timely, polished, and friendly manner Maintain a calm, clean, and elevated front-of-house environment Support retail (gift cards, future product line) and membership inquiries Assist with event coordination (workshops, open houses, pop-ups) Support light social media tasks (posting, stories, capturing simple content in-studio) Utilize basic AI tools to assist with captions, responses, and content ideas Ensure seamless communication between therapists and clients Uphold the tone, energy, and standards of The Reset Room at all times Who You Are Naturally warm, polished, and detail-oriented Strong communicator with a calm and grounded presence Passionate about wellness, self-care, and women's health Organized and able to multitask in a serene but fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and aligned with a luxury service experience Comfortable with social media platforms (especially Instagram) Open to using AI tools to support daily tasks and creativity Previous front desk, spa, or hospitality experience preferred What We Offer A beautiful, high-end, peaceful work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding wellness brand Ongoing training and involvement in events and community experiences A supportive, feminine, and purpose-driven team culture Schedule Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into a larger role.
