Job Description

Overview We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Concierge/Receptionist to join our team in a private, four-season, family-oriented country club setting. As the first point of contact for members and guests, this role is essential in delivering an exceptional and seamless hospitality experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing outstanding service while supporting daily club operations in a warm, community-focused environment. This position requires availability Tuesday through Saturday, including evenings and holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming, and polished demeanor Serve as the central point of communication for member inquiries, in person, by phone, and via email Manage front desk operations, including a multi-line phone system and directing calls appropriately Take and process to-go dining orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate and manage dining reservations and club event bookings with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding club amenities, dining options, and upcoming events Assist the Director of Marketing and Member Services in curating and executing refined, member-facing communications and supporting club events and initiatives Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure a seamless and elevated member experience Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and proofreading Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling and calendar coordination Monitor and replenish office supplies; coordinate maintenance or service requests as needed Uphold a polished appearance and maintain exceptional communication and phone etiquette at all times Handle member requests and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented approach Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, country club, or administrative role preferred Strong customer service skills with a genuine focus on member satisfaction and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Canva Familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Keen eye for detail and design, with the ability to contribute to polished, on-brand member communications Strong verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor Availability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, including evenings and holidays as needed What We Offer This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, service-focused country club environment that values hospitality, attention to detail, and elevated member experiences. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
