Job Description

Company Overview Eligo Club is a growing global golf membership organization with offices in New Jersey and London. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for our members through world-class service and seamless access to premier golf clubs. Position Overview This role supports the Member Services Lead and is responsible for coordinating bookings, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for members and partner clubs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong hospitality or front desk experience. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and work directly with members for all tee-time bookings. Build and maintain strong relationships with members and partner clubs Manage and update booking systems, calendars, and club inventory Maintain the Eligo app with member games, club information, and communications Run monthly reports to track play usage and support planning Coordinate pre-set tee times and internal club calendars Facilitate all member and partner club requests, including concierge services Manage member communications, including bookings, events, and notifications Serve as liaison between members and private clubs to coordinate tee times Own the end-to-end tee-time booking process Process new member onboarding and maintain accurate system records Coordinate member gifting, including inventory, ordering, and shipping Schedule and deliver new member orientations Collaborate with team members across departments to support operations Attend select member events and social functions as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Maintain a team rotation schedule aligned with business hours and operational needs Perform additional duties as needed in line with the responsibilities of the role Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, customer service, or golf-related roles
Required :
Knowledge of the golf industry Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with booking systems or scheduling software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong multitasking ability Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable Solution-oriented mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation Total Compensation Package:
Range between $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience) Candidates with strong golf industry experience may be considered toward the higher end of the range. Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunity Expected hours : Full-Time schedule (Monday-Friday + rotating weekend shifts)
