Concierge/Front Desk Agent North jersey general contracting llc Teaneck, NJ Job Details Full-time $15 - $17 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Visitor query response Customer communication Greeting customers Client inquiry handling English Time management Full Job Description Hiring for all shifts Job duties include, but not limited to: Being the first point of contact for visitors and residents Able to greet every person with a friendly demeanor Professional appearance Excellent communication skills Polite and confident with a great deal of patience Ability in multitasking and time-management Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution Act as the point of reference for tenants who need assistance or information Must wear proper work attire (white button-up shirt, black pants, black dress shoes) Must be able to arrive for your shift on time Willing to work extra shifts when necessary is a plus Please send resume to be considered.
