NOW HIRING - SUPPORT DESK ATTENDANTS

Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary Assignment | 24/7 Operation We are currently hiring dependable and professional Support Desk Attendants for a temporary camp operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are customer-service oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so applicants must be available for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Answering and responding to service calls from camp occupants
• Dispatching contractors for maintenance issues such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Delivering fresh linens, towels, and supplies to camp rooms
• Assisting with bed linen changes when needed
• Maintaining communication logs and service records
• Providing professional customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable, alert, and able to stay attentive during the entire shift
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to work independently
• Valid Driver's License or Government-Issued ID required
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to pass random drug testing if requested Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, dispatching, camp operations, or administrative support is helpful but not required.

Important Employment Information:

This is a long-term temporary assignment that could last several months; however, because it is tied to a government contract, the project may end or be canceled at any time. Employment is at-will.
