Duties Welcome guests with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive Assist guests with seating arrangements or direct them to appropriate areas within the venue Manage guest check-in processes using POS systems Resy and Toast ensuring accuracy and efficiency Answer guest inquiries politely, providing information about services, amenities, or event details Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth guest flow and resolve any issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance area to create a professional first impression Support guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and escalating issues when necessary Qualifications Previous experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Familiarity with POS systems Resy and Toast is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required Demonstrated professionalism, positive attitude, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Pay:

$15.00 - $15.25 per hour
