As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll work directly with local residents to educate, enroll, and support families interested in upgrading their home internet experience. Your role is centered on creating smooth, stress-free transitions by helping customers understand available options and guiding them through the enrollment process with clarity and care. Rather than focusing on just transactions, Customer Relations Associates ensure each account runs smoothly, from verifying internet speeds to checking device compatibility, so households receive the reliable performance they expect. This role blends communication, problem-solving, and community engagement to deliver a positive experience from start to finish. Why the Customer Relations Associate Role Matters Upgrading home technology can feel overwhelming. Your role is to make the process simple, comfortable, and straightforward. By providing clear explanations and patient guidance, you help customers feel confident in their decision and supported throughout the transition Key Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Associate Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for residents interested in improving their home internet service. Promote and explain Verizon's home connectivity solutions in easy-to-understand terms. Assist households with enrollment and account setup, ensuring information is accurate and complete. Verify equipment compatibility and basic performance checks to support a smooth installation experience. Educate customers on included digital protection and security features to help keep household devices safe. Answer questions clearly and professionally while building trust within the local community. Maintain a positive, helpful presence while working independently and as part of a team. What We're Looking For in a Customer Relations Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Customer support or sales experience is a plus Positive, reliable, and able to keep a helpful attitude throughout the day. Focused on giving local customers a smooth, supportive experience.
