Our TMPL Madison location is our newest flagship gym, featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment, luxurious amenities, and a dedicated recovery area: TMPL Baths. We're now seeking passionate and friendly individuals to join our opening TMPL Madison Welcome Team!

Position Summary:

As a Welcome Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and inviting environment. From greeting visitors with a smile to assisting with inquiries and ensuring smooth check-ins, you'll play a key part in shaping the TMPL Fitness experience! You will embody our commitment to luxury by delivering a five-star experience to every member and guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all members and guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Assist with member check-ins, account inquiries, and processing payments at point-of-sale. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area that reflects TMPL Fitness' luxury standards. Ensure refreshments are restocked and well-presented at all times. Answer phones and respond to emails with professionalism, accuracy, and a concierge-level approach. Assist in connecting every membership related phone call is immediately routed to a membership consultant. Promote TMPL Fitness' programs, events, and services with enthusiasm and a deep understanding of their benefits. Resolve member concerns or escalate issues to management, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions. Support opening and closing procedures as needed, maintaining the high standards of a luxury facility. Give exemplary facility tours as needed.

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with poise and professionalism. Basic computer proficiency. Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or luxury fitness/spas is a plus. Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate. $19
