Job Description

Leasing Administrator for a real estate management office. Hours 14-20 hours per week
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Minimum weekly schedule:
5 Days 2. Receive inbound phone and e-mail messages. 3. Greet and address tenants and visitors. 4. Receive inbound prospective tenant inquiries. 5. Responsible for compliance with fair housing regulations. 6. Dispatch and follow up on tenant service requests. 7. Receive inbound leasing requests. 8. Receive and input rent payments and deposits. The applicant must have a High School diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office skills, and customer service experience. Must be able to follow up and function in a people oriented environment. Real Estate experience desired. Please provide a resume when responding to this listing.
