POSITION DETAILS

Compensation $185,000 - $200,000 annually, with health insurance Housing 3-bedroom / 1.5-bath on-property cottage provided Schedule 5 days/week when family is in residence: daily checks year-round Vacation 2 weeks (mutually agreed upon dates) Start Date Trial period June 2026; full employment July 1, 2026 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Interior housekeeping and deep cleaning across all three floors; care of fine art, antiques, silver, china, and luxury linens Daily property walks; coordination and oversight of established vendor roster Management of security systems, gate access, vehicles, and both pools Care of three Lagotto Romagnolo dogs during family travel (not boarded) Light cooking and kitchen support; occasional driving for airport and medical appointments Weekly written reports to principals

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years' experience in a comparable luxury private residence Excellent references and stable work history Valid driver's license | Fully vaccinated | Non-smoker | Good English fluency
