Client Concierge

You will be the calm, warm, confident first impression that tells them they are in good hands, and the person who guides them from first call to signed engagement. The Package Competitive base pay (see below), plus bonuses 100% paid health insurance 401(k) with employer match Signing bonus Performance and review bonuses Client and employee referral bonuses Generous and flexible PTO New equipment and workstation AI and systems training Clear advancement path Regular team social outings What You Will Do Drive client acquisition, turning inquiries into consultations and consultations into signed clients with warmth and genuine care Track key metrics, owning the numbers behind intake, conversion, and follow-up so nothing slips Schedule consultations, coordinating attorney calendars and client appointments with precision Secure signed engagement letters and process payments, guiding clients smoothly through onboarding Run post-consult follow-up, staying in touch so every prospective client feels seen and supported Be the face and voice of the firm, greeting clients and visitors in person and by phone, and keeping the office welcoming and running smoothly Help us improve, contributing ideas to refine our hospitality and our use of technology (we practice continuous improvement, or Kaizen) Who You Are A natural host who genuinely loves people and finds real purpose in taking care of others Interested in the law and excited to work inside a firm, whether you are exploring a future legal career or simply love this world A clear, warm communicator with poise under pressure and follow-through you can count on Comfortable owning numbers and conversion goals, motivated by helping clients say yes to the help they need Curious about technology and AI, ready to learn new tools quickly and put them to work Loyal, empathetic, discreet, and consistent, every client, every time

Compensation Base pay of $42,000 to $52,000 depending on experience, plus signing bonus, performance bonuses, and incentive pay tied to client acquisition.
