For more than 50 years, we have partnered with clients across Central Ohio to help move real estate forward through collaboration, responsiveness, and a people-first approach. Position Summary The Concierge serves as a welcoming first point of contact for tenants, guests, clients, and vendors while helping create a professional, service-focused experience within the property. This role supports day-to-day building operations by assisting visitors, coordinating communication, and providing administrative and operational support as needed. Key Responsibilities Greet tenants, guests, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Assist with visitor check-in procedures and building access protocols Answer phones, respond to general inquiries, and direct requests appropriately Coordinate deliveries, package notifications, and vendor arrivals Support tenant communication and help resolve routine service requests Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure a clean, welcoming environment Maintain building logs, visitor records, and other administrative documentation Partner with Property Management and Maintenance teams to support daily operations Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company and property professionally Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presence with a customer-service mindset Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic administrative and computer skills Prior hospitality, customer service, receptionist, or property management experience preferred Core Competencies Communication Collaboration Attention to Detail Professionalism Problem Solving Customer Service Excellence
