Job Summary :
This person ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for members and guests. The key duties include managing court reservations, greeting members upon arrival, providing information about club facilities and services, and assisting with equipment rentals. Staff members are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the tennis area, handling member inquiries, and promoting club events and programs. Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of tennis, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Greet members as they enter the Racquets facility and provide exceptional customer service. Answer racquets desk phone calls and help members sign up and register for Racquets activities. Prepare towels and tennis balls for membership, restock all areas of use in need (coffee station, water stations, relevant pro-shop items) Empty trash in Racquets area and on courts, keep courts and surrounding areas clean. Indoor Racquets Facility (bubble) Sweep hardcourt, refill water cooler, stock towels, maintain cleanliness. Accurately bill using our POS system, guest fees, indoor court fees, lesson fees, and clinic fees. Market Racquet facilities, services, programs, and events to members and guests. Assist Racquets Director with any Jobs around the Tennis facility and Racquets area.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations:
Willing to work required shifts Basic phone and computer skills, able to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system. Knowledge and ability to perform the required role in emergency situations. Must be dependable, willing to learn, responsible and able to work independently and with a team as well. Must be available for evening and weekend shifts, approximately 3 shifts per week.
