Position Summary:
Performs administrative duties and concierge tasks for the Development Department.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates and coordinates all concierge projects and services such as auto services, flower orders, footwear orders, gift wrapping, company store, mail services. This includes making bows, wrapping packages, creating centerpieces, and various department projects. Prepares correspondence, reports, memorandums, forms, tables, etc. ISO Document Controller Creates, maintains and manages databases. Collects and reports data. Answers telephone and follows through with assisting customers, transfers or recording messages. Greets visitors. Orders supplies for the department. Assists with meetings and events as needed. Assists with scheduling Volunteer positions. Completes all WebEd requirements as assigned. Ensures that personal performance reflects the Mission, Vision and Standards of Behavior and Departmental Goals. Provides coverage for other staff as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum requirement, two years of experience and high school diploma/GED Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Advanced computer skills Prioritize and organize work effectively Exercise discretion, judgment and initiative Ability to work independently LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards Licking Memorial Health Systems is an equal opportunity employer and maintains compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
