Job Description:
Driftwood RV Park is looking for a dynamic, guest experience-focused, on-site specialist. The right candidate must understand the dynamics of balancing compliance and safety with exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Essential duties include: Guest check-in/out Book reservations for short and long term stays Answer phone calls Ensure guest payments are complete Park compliance Guest concerns and incident responses Reporting and partnership with corporate office Partnership with maintenance Create consistent documentation Concierge style customer service Clear and effective communication with guests, visitors, peers, leadership, and vendors. Cleaning of facilities and property regularly
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written 3+ years customer service experience preferred (hospitality a plus) Reservation Experience needed Social Media Experience a PLUS Experience in property management needed
SCHEDULE
Preferably Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-5:30PM Applicants must complete background check before employment.
