The Role As a Hyperbaric Technician / Front Desk Associate, you'll serve as both the heart and the hands of our wellness mission, welcoming clients, guiding them through treatments, and helping them feel cared for, heard, and hopeful. This is more than a position — it's a purpose.
A Typical Day Includes:
Greeting clients with genuine care and guiding them through every step of their hyperbaric experience Interviewing clients to understand their conditions, goals, and reasons for seeking treatment Educating new clients about how mild-pressure hyperbaric oxygen therapy works and what to expect Taking detailed and accurate client notes Answering phones and scheduling appointments Communicating clearly about services, pricing, and membership options Preparing, sanitizing, and monitoring hyperbaric chambers Ensuring client comfort, safety, and reassurance Supporting teammates and maintaining a clean, organized environment Occasionally assisting with community wellness events You'll receive full training in hyperbaric science and chamber operation, no prior experience required.
