About Us At Evergreen Factor, we are a fast-growing, physician-led longevity and wellness clinic focused on helping clients feel and function at their best. We specialize in advanced recovery, performance, cellular optimization, and detoxification therapies—including IV therapy, regenerative technologies, laser and recovery modalities, and innovative wellness programs designed to support energy, healing, and overall vitality. We pride ourselves on delivering a premium, personalized client experience in a high-touch wellness environment and are looking for someone who is dependable, client-focused, and naturally thrives in a fast-paced wellness setting. The Role This is not a typical front desk position. You will be the heartbeat of the clinic floor—supporting clients, managing flow, and ensuring every person who walks in feels taken care of. You'll work closely with our clinic manager to keep operations smooth, organized, and elevated. What You'll Do Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Guide clients through wellness modalities (we will train you) Manage front desk operations (phones, scheduling, payments) Maintain a clean, calm, and organized environment Support light marketing efforts (social media posts, client engagement, in-clinic promotions) Help ensure a seamless, high-end client experience from start to finish Take initiative during slower periods by helping with organization, cleanliness, client follow-up, and other operational tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly What We're Looking For Naturally friendly, confident, and service-oriented Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and follow-through Self-starter mentality with the ability to stay productive and take initiative during downtime Team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Interest in health, wellness, or fitness is a strong plus Prior experience in hospitality, medical, spa, or fitness settings preferred Experience with Zenoti desired Experience with Google Workspace, social media, and HubSpot preferred This Role May Not Be a

You prefer working behind the scenes rather than being the first point of contact for clients Answering phones, greeting people, and interacting all day feels draining to you You struggle with organization, scheduling, or multitasking You are uncomfortable in a client-facing, customer service-focused role You are not aligned with or interested in a health-conscious, anti-aging, wellness-based environment You prefer minimal structure, as this role requires consistency and attention to detail You are not comfortable using basic technology or learning new systems You need constant direction rather than proactively finding ways to help during slower time
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
