Assistant Manager (Kids Indoor Playground) Exton, PA 19341 $24 an hour - Full-time $24 an hour - Full-time About Us We are a kids indoor playground in Exton, PA, dedicated to making every visit fun, safe, and memorable for kids and families. We host play sessions, birthday parties, and special events, and we're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, help lead our team, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests. This role is hands on and perfect for someone with strong people skills who enjoys working with families and supervising staff. Key Responsibilities Promptly greet guests, provide attentive service, and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable throughout the park Assist with daily operations including opening and closing the facility, including inventory management and stock replenishment Supervise and support front desk, party hosts, and part-time staff. Ensure they perform their job duties satisfactorily and achieve production goals Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and organized at all times. Wiping and cleaning equipment, front desk and bathroom throughout the day and thoroughly sanitizing when closing Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries/concerns Assist in scheduling employees and managing shift coverage Walk the floor regularly to monitor there are no unsafe hazards present and guests are following the park attendance rules, regulations and guidelines Train, coach, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards Address operational issues and communicate with the Manager as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, some evenings and holidays as needed Comfortable working with children and families Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Experience in a family entertainment center, indoor playground, or hospitality preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Probationary Period (3 Months) All new employees are subject to a three (3) month probationary period beginning on their official start date, during which performance and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated.
