SUMMARY OF POSITION
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients, family members, hospital staff, and visitors by providing accurate information and facilitating access to hospital services.
Acts as the welcoming face of the institution, greeting everyone with compassion, professionalism, and empathy. Ensures each interaction reflects the hospital's commitment to patient-centered care, creating a positive and reassuring first impression that supports a positive patient experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S):- + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum six (6) months customer service experience required
