Job Description
Job Summary The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitors passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff. Part Time Position Evening Position, hours are., Monday through Friday 2:30pm-9:00pm with every other holiday required. Weekends as needed.
