Overview Join our dynamic team as a Check In Staff member, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for a positive experience for all visitors and participants. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in procedures while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Greet visitors and participants warmly, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive Verify registration to facilitate quick check-ins Unlock facility doors to registered participants Enforce all facility rules and policies to guests while using our waiting area Inform participants of information needed for update and payments outstanding Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to interact effectively
