Job Summary:
The Move-in Coordinator will build meaningful relationships, provide clear and honest information, and help individuals envision the lifestyle and support our community offers. This role supports the sales process and coordinates move-in efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a warm and informed first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, offering compassionate guidance throughout their senior living journey. Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure smooth transitions for residents, especially throughout the move-in process. Coordinate prospective resident documentation to create a complete move-in file. Preview the new leased apartment prior to move-in to ensure apartment readiness. Maintain records of leads, referrals, and communications using CRM software. Help lead personalized tours and conversations that help individuals understand our community's lifestyle and supportive care options. Aid in cultivating strong relationships with community organizations to build trust and generate referrals. Support in organizing and participating in proactive outreach, marketing campaigns, events, and open houses. Reflect the community's mission and values through ethical conduct, positive representation, and relationship-centered communication.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma Skills and Qualifications:
Active Driver's License in good standing Strong sense of personal responsibility. Exceptional proactive time management, collaboration, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Technologically proficient and adaptable, especially in Microsoft Office. Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making. Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
