We help buyers and sellers across multiple states move fast and move smart. We hold high standards, operate with accountability, and we're growing. The Role We are looking for a Lead Concierge — someone who owns our lead process from end to end and has the makeup to grow into a sales leadership role over time. Calls coming into Ary Land Co are people who need help. Your job is to help them get whatever they need when they call. You qualify leads, prospect clients, build relationships with Ary agents, and connect buyers and sellers who call in for help with the right person. Then you follow through — tracking outcomes, coaching handoffs, and watching the scoreboard grow. You take it personally when it doesn't move and celebrate when it does. What You'll Own Lead Management Respond to inbound calls and online leads with urgency — phone, web inquiries, portal submissions, and digital sources all treated with the same speed-to-lead standard Qualify leads using established criteria and scripts, demonstrating full ownership of the process and consistency in execution Distribute leads to the right agents based on fit and territory Maintain complete and accurate records in the CRM at all times to ensure full visibility, accountability, and continuity across the team Follow up on leads that go cold and bring them back Drive outbound activity — make outbound calls to realtors in other states, build relationships with vendors, and be the voice of Ary Land Co Agent Partnership & Accountability Meet with agents to get to know them really well so you can properly connect them with buyers and sellers Make warm handoffs by fully qualifying the lead, setting clear expectations, and providing agents with complete context (timeline, motivation, financing, key details) prior to transfer Proactively follow up with agents after each handoff to confirm contact was made, document outcomes in the CRM, and identify any breakdowns in follow-up Support accountability by tracking agent follow-up, surfacing gaps, and escalating concerns when leads are not being properly worked Reporting & Systems Keep up with the scoreboard: number of leads handed out, per agent, and how many of those turn into deals Track lead sources, conversion rates, and follow-up activity Report weekly on lead volume, disposition, and agent performance Flag patterns and surface opportunities to leadership What We're Looking For Strong phone presence and genuine ability to build rapport fast Willingness to go beyond surface-level conversations — asks thoughtful questions to uncover motivation, timeline, and decision drivers Communicates clearly and confidently — on the phone, in person, in writing Willingness to know and understand the properties we have for sale — study new listings and get familiar with them so you can properly represent them Organized, accountable, consistent in execution — willingness to avoid things falling through the cracks Results-oriented — sets goals and hits them Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and applications Competitive, coachable, growth-oriented Real estate experience preferred — license a plus but not required
Compensation Base:
$60K + performance bonuses. Details discussed in the interview. Growth Path We are building toward a Director of Sales & Operations role. The right person in this seat earns that path over time.
