Luxury Hospitality Coffee Concierge

Job Summary LX Coffee is a luxury cafe and spritz bar coming soon to St. Petersburg, FL. Known for gold flake drinks, handcrafted recipes, and an unforgettable experience. We're looking for a passionate and a reliable Luxury Hospitality Coffee Concierge to join our team and help bring the LX experience to life at upcoming events, markets, and pop-ups. We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills with energy, attention to detail, and a love for connection. You'll also be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, maintaining our elevated presentation, and delivering excellent service at every stop. Duties & Responsibilities Providing an excellent customer experience for every guest Prepare and serve specialty espresso, matcha, and signature drinks to LX standards Set up and break down the LX cart at various event locations Maintain a clean, polished, and organized mobile bar setup throughout each shift Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations Monitor stock levels and restock inventory as needed Adhere to food safety guidelines and cleanliness protocols Create a warm, engaging, and professional experience that reflects the LX brand Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy events (Optional) Help capture content or contribute to brand storytelling on social media Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred (matcha or specialty espresso a plus) Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in very fast-paced settings Familiarity with coffee equipment, grinders, and steaming milk Strong communication and customer service skills Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to local events Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs and work on your feet for several hours A genuine love for coffee, hospitality, and connecting with people
