Concierge Representative (Plumbing Support)

Concierge Representative (Plumbing Support) East Providence, RI Full-Time | Hourly Join a Team That Keeps Everything Moving At Wickford Appliance, our Concierge team is the operational heartbeat of the company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems in real time, and can confidently manage high-volume phone communication—this role is for you. This is not a typical desk job. You'll be the central point of coordination between Delivery Teams, Installers, Plumbers, Customers, Sales Staff, and Vendors —keeping jobs on track and customers informed. Tasks Include but not limited to: Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls Support day-of delivery, installation, and plumbing teams and provide customers with timely follow-up Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally Communicate with vendors regarding damaged/defective product Act as a cross-functional support hub for multiple departments Light administrative work (Excel, price tags, order support) Requirements (Non-Negotiable) High School Diploma Comfortable multi-tasking - calls/duties & Strong communication & problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Organized, proactive, and team-oriented Familiarity with plumbing processes and call center
