Concierge Security Officer $22-$26 Securitas - 3.2 Austin, TX Job Details Full-time $22 - $26 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer literacy Driver's License Full Job Description We are seeking a polished and professional Security Concierge with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar security or front desk environment to support operations at an Ericsson facility in Austin, TX. This role combines security responsibilities with a high level of customer service, acting as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional concierge-style manner Monitor access control systems and verify credentials for building entry visitor check-in/check-out processes and issue temporary badges Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and security of the premises Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures Provide directions, information, and general assistance to guests and staff Coordinate with onsite personnel and emergency services as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of security experience in a similar setting (corporate, front desk, concierge, or access control environment required) High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Basic computer skills (access control systems, reporting tools, email) Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a corporate or technology environment Familiarity with badge access systems and CCTV monitoring CPR/First Aid certification Active Texas security license (or ability to obtain) "Securitas is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
