PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES THE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

Performs mandatory temperature checks for everyone entering the facility. Conducts proper screenings of persons upon entry to the facility. Distribute face masks. Consistently cleaning and disinfecting assigned workspaces/areas. Continually observes for safety hazards and persons needing assistance. Acts upon inquiries if within the scope of their authority or routes it to the proper authority. Seats patients, take blood pressure, clean rooms, clean instruments. Controls, regulates and directs pedestrian traffic. Provide excellent customer service to our patients and guests. Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site. Respond quickly to critical situations. Ability to read and write detailed reports. Enforce all procedures, regulations, and standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

A minimum of one (1) years' experience in a health care or related field preferred and at least three (3) years of customer service experience. Health and administration background preferred.

Additional Requirements:

May be required to work flexible hours. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
