  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our dynamic team. As a BDC Agent, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between prospective customers and the dealership's sales team, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. If you are an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships, this opportunity is for you.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from potential customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads in a timely manner to convert prospects into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary information regarding customer needs and preferences. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase dealership traffic. Provide comprehensive information about products, services, and promotions to prospective clients. Consistently meet and exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates. Stay updated with industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales environment, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant phone demeanor. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
