Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Concierge to join our team and elevate the client experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This vital role combines exceptional customer service, efficient office management, and seamless administrative support to ensure every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and well-attended to. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive attitude that keeps our operations running smoothly. As a key point of contact, you will help foster positive relationships with clients and support the overall efficiency of our office. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing exceptional customer support Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies Handle calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and updating records Support office management duties including bookkeeping with QuickBooks, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval Experience Proven experience in front desk or reception roles within an office environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, bookkeeping software like QuickBooks, and calendar management tools Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus for handling varied responsibilities efficiently Join us as a Client Concierge where your enthusiasm for helping others combined with your organizational talents will make a meaningful difference every day!

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
