Job description Client Concierge International Rx is seeking a dedicated and personable Client Concierge to provide personalized customer service to our members. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth experience for new and existing members through enrollment, prescription coordination, refill management, and collaboration with care providers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive timely, high-quality service while maintaining clear communication with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential new members when their company partners with us to provide specialty medications.
- Collect health information from new members and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Schedule appointments at convenient times for new members to complete the enrollment process.
- Inquire about the member's current supply and manage the timing of prescription orders.
- Follow up with members regarding their prescription orders, answering any questions or addressing concerns.
- Verify member addresses to ensure accurate and timely delivery of prescriptions.
- Prepare and process prescription refill requests promptly and efficiently.
- Track prescription orders through postal carriers, ensuring timely delivery to the correct member.
- Proactively follow up with members to address any concerns or issues related to prescription refills, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Reach out to doctor's offices to follow up on prescription requests.
- Inquire whether any prerequisite appointments or lab work are needed for medication fulfillment.
- Coordinate with our partner practices to schedule telehealth appointments as needed.
- Assist with scheduling telehealth appointments for members.
- Provide follow-up communication for any issues or updates related to telehealth sessions.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM/system records.
- Provide our members with white-glove service and support through their journey.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or healthcare-related certification a plus).
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact professionally and empathetically with members.
- Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to manage calls effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain a friendly, professional tone.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems, CRMs, and communication platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare, pharmacy setting (prescription coordination), or PBM.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms or healthcare-related software.
- Knowledge of specialty medications or chronic disease management.
Hours:
Monday- Friday 10am- 7pm
