  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, happy, smiling and professional Concierge / Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization.
In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative support. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a warm, efficient environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact and contribute to a dynamic workplace atmosphere. Duties To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication. Contribute to Community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow team members, physicians, pharmacies and other vendors or persons. Contribute to team effort by being flexible in work assignments; by furnishing support; by taking initiative; and by understanding how this position affects and compliments all other Community position. Able to maintain work pace appropriate to given workload. Perform activities on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality within specified tolerance. Immediately report any suspected abuse, neglect or misappropriation of resident funds or property to immediate supervisor. Answer phones, take message and transfer calls. Greet arriving guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer residents' needs and requests. Maintain a daily resident log and resident emergency information. Answer emergency responder and fire alarm systems and take appropriate emergency steps. Schedule residents' doctor appointments and activities. Make copies. Provide information to bookkeeping for billing. Give directions and disseminate information as directed. Distribute written communications. Handles mail distribution and any other administrative duties timely and professionally. Accepts overnight packages and certified mail. Promptly Informs the appropriate individual that they have a package/letter. Keeps front conference room(s) and concierge area clean and organized. Processes invoices as needed. Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality. Coordinate guest room reservations. May accept money for store purchase, meal tickets, etc. Demonstrates an understanding of compliance and ethics program policies and procedures. Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training as required. Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality.
