As the face of our spa, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our members from the moment they walk through our doors.

Salary Range:

$18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Reliable, punctual, and available every other weekend Exceptional people skills — you genuinely enjoy making others feel welcome Strong communication and professional presentation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized space Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Services Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor Manage reservations, appointments, and booking systems efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries using proper hospitality verbiage Check members in and out, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience Maintain knowledge of spa services, amenities, and current promotions Facility Upkeep & Operations Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including reception, lounge, and treatment spaces Reset and restock restrooms throughout the day to ensure they are always guest-ready Assist with daily laundry tasks including towels, robes, and linens Ensure all spa supplies and amenities are stocked and organized Report any maintenance issues or facility concerns promptly Team Support Assist staff members with daily operational tasks as needed Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment Follow all spa protocols, policies, and hygiene standards
