Job Description

Overview:
As a Canine Concierge, will ensure that every dog in our care is safe, loved, and enriched. This is more than just a job—it's about forming real connections with dogs and providing peace of mind for their humans.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and interact with dogs in playgroups to ensure safe and appropriate play Monitor dog behavior and intervene when necessary using safe handling techniques Clean up accidents promptly and maintain a clean and sanitized play area Feed and administer medication as directed for boarding dogs Observe dogs for signs of illness or stress and report concerns to management Maintain accurate records of feeding, behavior, and any incidents Greet clients at drop-off/pick-up and provide updates about their pets Assist with cleaning tasks including laundry, mopping, dishwashing, and disinfecting Ensure all pets are handled safely, with care and kindness at all times
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience handling dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments Ability to stand, bend, and be active for extended periods of time Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior dog daycare, kennel, vet tech, or shelter experience Pet CPR and first aid certification Knowledge of canine body language and behavior

Every weekend Holidays Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Weekends as needed
