Salon Concierge

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused team member to support the daily operations of our salon/spa environment. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming, and fully stocked facility while assisting with front desk support, guest experience, and opening/closing procedures. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced luxury service environment. Responsibilities Open and close the salon/spa according to daily operational procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including lobby areas, bathrooms, treatment rooms, break rooms, and common spaces Sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces regularly throughout shifts Monitor and restock towels, toiletries, complimentary items, and other salon supplies Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing towels to service providers Ensure trash is emptied regularly and facility presentation remains professional and guest-ready Maintain front desk and concierge areas by organizing materials and reducing clutter Prepare guest amenities such as infused water, candles, music, and lobby presentation Clean mirrors, counters, windows, doors, and other high-touch surfaces Assist with mail distribution and team communication updates through workplace apps/platforms Support daily operations of the gift shop and café areas Ensure all devices and equipment are properly stored, charged, and secured at closing Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts Previous salon, spa, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Ideal Candidate Someone who takes pride in creating a clean, elevated, and relaxing environment while helping the salon run smoothly day-to-day.
