Playground Attendant

Company Introduction:

KidsTopia is a jungle-themed indoor playground for kids, based in 14725 S Porter Rockwell Blvd STE K, Bluffdale, Utah. We have various attractions, giant slides, ball pits, parkour, adventure bridges and tunnels, interactive walls, which are great for all ages. We also have private party rooms for special events! It's a great place for family fun, kids' parties or other kids-related workshop events, moms' playdates or meetings, etc. Play pass, punch pass, unlimited pass, family membership, and party services are available in KidsTopia. To ensure the safety of kids, we have security cameras and monitors in the playground, which allows parents to rest while watching their kids play. During this special time, we are trying our best to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guests by cleaning and sanitizing the playground frequently. Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers Provide relevant information to guests, including but not limited to playground rules, waivers, pricing policy Assist with birthday party services, including but not limited to booking inquiries, check-ins, supplies, and decorations set up, clean up Handle playground check-ins, including but not limited to check play pass, check and enforce waivers Complete the sell transactions for play pass services/grip socks/snacks and drinks Supervise the playground area and making sure that all kids are well-behaved Daily organizing, cleaning and sanitizing: front-desk, bathrooms, party rooms, eating, lobby, entry and play areas Inform supervisor of daily operational needs (e.g. sanitizer supplies, party supplies, and other snacks inventories) problems and guest feedback Other duties as assigned Qualifications and skills: Good and effective communication skills Proactive and responsible

Preferred Experience:

Customer service experience or experience working with youth Cashier experience
