Insurance Coordinator/Patient Concierge

About the role We're looking for a front office professional who knows dental inside and out that can walk in and take the lead. At Dente, the front desk isn't just administrative support; it's the command center of the patient experience. You'll be the first impression, the treatment guide, the insurance expert, and the person who keeps everything running smoothly. This is a role for someone sharp, self-directed, and genuinely good with people. What you'll handle Checking patients in and out with warmth and efficiency Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently, including financial breakdowns and insurance estimates Verifying benefits, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding insurance Entering and managing patient and insurance information with precision Coordinating a productive, well-balanced schedule Using Oryx dental software with Vyne Dental integration Holding the front office to the elevated standard our patients expect What we're looking for 2+ years of dental front office experience — this is non-negotiable Solid command of PPO insurance: verification, breakdowns, and claims Confidence presenting treatment and financial information to patients High attention to detail without sacrificing warmth or pace Someone who solves problems before they become problems Polished, professional, and genuinely patient-first What we offer $21-$31/hour depending on experience Monthly team production bonuses A brand-new, beautifully designed boutique practice A small, supportive team that takes the work seriously Real opportunity to help shape the patient experience from the ground up
