We're looking for a confident, organized, and sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to be the face of our spa and deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish. At Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, we're all about helping people feel their best—and that starts the moment they walk through our doors. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and being part of a positive, high-energy team, this could be the perfect fit. Saturday availability is required, along with 1-3 weekday shifts/events What You'll Do Welcome and check in guests, creating a warm and elevated first impression Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Conduct client consultations and confidently recommend services, upgrades, and memberships Own membership sales and contribute to monthly sales goals Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily calendar flow Track, manage, and follow up with leads while keeping CRM up to date Handle transactions and reconcile payments at the end of each shift Support and coordinate pop-up events (prep, attendance, and follow-up) Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment Assist with general administrative tasks and daily spa operations What We're Looking For Proven sales experience with confidence in upselling and closing Natural ability to build rapport and create a standout customer experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Detail-oriented and comfortable managing systems, scheduling, and transactions Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Experience with CRM systems is a plus (but not required) Passion for wellness, customer care, and personal growth Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay + commission Discounts on wellness services Fun, supportive, and upbeat team culture Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing wellness brand Why Join Us?
