Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they walk in Manage appointment scheduling and check-in procedures using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently Assist clients with product demos, explaining features and benefits to enhance their experience Upsell retail products and salon services in a friendly, non-intrusive manner to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products, stocking shelves, and ensuring displays are attractive and inviting Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, booking appointments, or addressing client concerns Support the team with inventory management tasks such as stocking supplies and monitoring product levels Promote a positive environment through clear communication skills and proactive customer service Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and active listening Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and upselling opportunities Experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management in a retail or grocery store setting preferred Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead team members in a fast-paced environment is advantageous Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail calculations Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a lively, energetic approach Join us as a Salon Concierge Staff and become an integral part of creating memorable experiences for every guest!
