+ Quarterly Bonus Opportunities We're partnering with an established luxury spa and wellness company to hire Guest Experience Spa Concierges for two Richmond-area locations: Short Pump and Midlothian. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, thrives in a polished and fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a collaborative team. While the atmosphere guests experience is calm and relaxing, creating that experience requires an engaged team working behind the scenes. This is not a traditional front-desk or receptionist position. The Spa Concierge plays an active role in the entire guest experience, from scheduling and welcoming guests to coordinating services, recommending products and memberships, preparing specialty experiences, and helping maintain the spa environment. What You'll Do Guest Experience & Hospitality Create a warm, polished and welcoming experience for guests from arrival through departure Check guests in and out and process payments, gift cards and other transactions Answer incoming calls and assist guests with questions, appointments and service selections Schedule services and help match guests with the appropriate providers Escort guests throughout the spa and explain services, amenities and specialty experiences Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to make each visit memorable Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and good judgment Communicate closely with massage therapists, estheticians, managers and fellow Concierges Spa Operations This is a hands-on position, and every team member contributes to maintaining the elevated environment guests expect.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and resetting therapeutic bath and infrared sauna experiences Assisting with laundry and maintaining fresh linens throughout the day Restocking supplies and guest amenities Maintaining clean, organized and beautifully presented guest and common areas Supporting service providers and other team members as needed Stepping in wherever needed during busy periods to keep the guest experience running smoothly There will be times when several things are happening at once. The strongest candidates will enjoy that pace and be comfortable moving between responsibilities throughout their shift. Sales & Guest Recommendations Sales are part of the position, but the approach is focused on education, relationships and thoughtful recommendations rather than high-pressure selling. You'll receive training to become knowledgeable about the spa's services, memberships and professional skincare offerings so you can: Educate guests about available services and wellness experiences Recommend memberships when appropriate Introduce guests to professional skincare products Suggest services or products based on individual guest needs Work toward individual and team sales goals Build relationships with returning guests and members Who We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Genuinely enjoy hospitality and taking care of people Are warm, polished and professional in your communication Thrive in a busy environment and enjoy staying engaged throughout your shift Can manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and organized Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Have excellent attention to detail Are dependable, accountable and follow through on commitments Are receptive to feedback and enjoy learning Are comfortable with sales goals and making recommendations to guests Enjoy being part of a collaborative team Are willing to contribute to both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities Previous spa experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates coming from hospitality, restaurants, hotels, luxury retail, salons, fitness studios, medical or dental offices, customer service, or sales environments may also be a great fit.
