AtWork Tysons VA Job Description In this role, you will be the first point of contact residents and guests. You ll set the tone for the community by delivering warm, professional service while managing daily front desk operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a hospitality mindset who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and engaging with people. You will collaborate closely with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing resident satisfaction helping every resident feel truly at home.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7: 00 AM 3: 00 PM
Pay:
$17.25/hr This role is ideal for candidates seeking consistent morning hours or supplemental income while gaining valuable hospitality and customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming face of the community, providing exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors Monitor lobby activity and manage foot traffic professionally Handle resident inquiries, packages, phone calls, and service requests Provide information, assistance, and personalized recommendations to enhance the resident experience Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to support move-in/move-out processes Maintain high service standards while resolving issues with care and follow-through What You Bring Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow tasks through to completion Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time-management and multitasking abilities Patience, professionalism, and poise in high-traffic or fast-paced environments High level of organization and attention to detail Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of customer-facing experience (hospitality, hotel, retail, or restaurant preferred) Proficiency with administrative tools and Microsoft Office Ability to walk the property and handle packages/deliveries as needed
