Must work weekend days and holidays. Full-Time Year Round Rate of Pay $20.00 an hour The Spa Concierge serves as the guest's personal guide to relaxation and well ‑ being, handling everything from scheduling treatments to tailoring spa experiences based on individual preferences. They provide expert knowledge of services, recommend therapies that suit a guest ' s needs, and coordinate details like amenities, special requests, and post ‑ treatment arrangements. Their role blends hospitality with wellness expertise, ensuring every guest feels cared for, understood, and effortlessly pampered throughout their visit. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
• Understanding of Spa.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Operate effectively in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.
