Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator & Front Desk Floater to join our team. This vital role combines leasing responsibilities with front desk support, ensuring smooth property operations and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude to support our residents and team members.
Duties Leasing & Marketing:
  • Manage CRM, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into tours
  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual showings
  • Post and maintain accurate property listings and marketing materials
  • Track vacancies and ensure units are marketed
  • Assist with applications, lease preparation, and reporting
KPIs Operations & Inspections:
  • Conduct move-in, move-out, and annual inspections
  • Ensure units are show-ready and coordinate maintenance needs
Front Desk & Customer Service:
  • Greet residents and visitors and manage lobby traffic
  • Provide information and ensure positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and follow opening/closing procedures
Resident Support:
  • Assist with renewals, resident requests, and work orders
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention Perform other duties as requested.
Experience At least two (2) years of customer service experience or property management experience Office experience demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, data entry accuracy, and general administrative competence. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
