Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care Maintain floor care by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards in all spaces Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Assist with janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies and managing waste disposal efficiently Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately Requirements Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning background is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with residential cleaning methods and housekeeper management is advantageous Basic understanding of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is desirable but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into spotless sanctuaries.
