  • Any profession centered on serving, supporting, or advocating for people About the Role As House Staff, you will be part of the front-line team supporting adults experiencing homelessness.
You will work directly with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including mental health concerns, AODA issues, and physical or mental disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, professional, calm under pressure, and ready to be part of a team that helps people move forward. What You'll Do In this role, you will:
  • Assist individuals seeking shelter through the intake process
  • Help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and guests
  • Support the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility
  • Answer questions and help residents with problem-solving
  • Welcome and assist community members dropping off donations
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed
  • Communicate and collaborate with residents, staff, and visitors
