You will be working at the main entrance desk of a luxury condominium complex in downtown Milwaukee. As a Concierge, you will be the first person to greet residents, guests and vendors. Their first impression of the property will depend on your friendliness and efficiency. The goal of the Concierge team is to create an overall pleasant and welcoming experience while also ensuring safety protocols are followed such as checking IDs of guests. The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, quick-thinker. You must be able to handle multiple incoming requests and protect the condo and residents by monitoring who comes in and out of the premises. Responsibilities Greet residents as they enter and leave the building Provide guests with information and/or personalized assistance Possess extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby businesses in order to make quality recommendations Answer the phone when residents or vendors call Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution Qualifications Proven experience as concierge or experience in customer service is preferred Confident, polite, and patient Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task Strong time-management skills Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation Ability to lift 25 pounds preferred
