Job Description
COMPANY DESCRIPTIONThe Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge is an eco-lodge located in the stunning Kenai Fjords National Park. Nestled in Ayalik Bay, on the ocean surrounded by glaciers and incredible wildlife is a boat in only lodge that holds up to 40 guests and a team of 25 staff. We are looking for a breakfast cook/assistant prep chef to help us get through the 2026 season. Spend an incredible summer in one of the most stunning places in wild Alaska with a community focused, small travel centered team.
Share a tent cabin with (1) other roommate while keeping your personal living space tidy and respectable. Each tent has 2 twin beds. Partner tent cabins are available with one full bed.
COMPENSATIONthis position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
JOB DESCRIPTIONA
40-50hr a week position on an awesome kitchen team. Cook and serve a high quality hot & continental buffet breakfast, as well as sandwich buffet for lunch with supplemental salads, soups, and desserts daily. Occasionally pack lunches for guided trips. Help lead chefs with dinner prep for up to 40 guests. Contribute to communal duties such as washing your own dishes, cleaning up after any common spaces you have used, and demonstrate general courtesy to community spaces.Share a tent cabin with (1) other roommate while keeping your personal living space tidy and respectable.
