Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food Prep professional, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a seamless dining experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation to support our culinary team. Your enthusiasm and commitment to cleanliness will help ensure that our kitchen operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with food safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable hospitality experience in a fast-paced setting. Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and prevent delays in service Assist with scratch made food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients under supervision Support the catering team with setup, breakdown, and food handling during events or banquet functions Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently during service periods to ensure a smooth flow of guests Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and prepared ingredients for service Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Experience with food preparation, catering, banquet service or hotel hospitality is a plus Familiarity with cleaning protocols in a commercial kitchen environment is advantageous Knowledge of basic cooking techniques or culinary experience can enhance your contribution Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
