DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare items according to recipes and guidelines Rotate stock Keep work areas clean and sanitized Ensure product quality Prepare and serve items in a timely manner Conduct food temperature checks and complete reports Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 17 years old Excellent communication skills One year of cooking experience preferred with working knowledge of restaurant equipment Must have a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
