• Closeout The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and sanitary environment.

Duties include food preparation, cooking, portioning, and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. The Cook follows established menus, recipes, and food safety guidelines while ensuring meals are prepared on time. Additional responsibilities include monitoring food supplies, assisting with inventory, and working cooperatively with staff to support efficient kitchen operations.
