The Cook is responsible for preparing quality meals for residents while ensuring food safety, sanitation, and dietary guidelines are followed at all times. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well in a team environment, and is committed to providing an excellent dining experience for residents.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines Ensure food is prepared in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner Follow physician-ordered diets and portion requirements Assist with food prep, meal service, and kitchen organization Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen Monitor food temperatures and proper storage procedures Work collaboratively with dietary staff and leadership Ensure compliance with state and federal food safety regulations
Qualifications:
